1. Terms & conditions
For all orders from our webshop, the following terms of sale applies.

2. Partner & contract
The agreement is between the Customer and Norlub AB. By activating the order button, you confirm your order for the items in your shopping cart. Your order is thereby binding. As soon as our system has received your order, it will automatically be confirmed by an e-mail. After you have received your order confirmation, the purchase contract is confirmed.

3. Shipping costs
We offer free delivery within Scandinavia for orders over 100 EUR.

4. Payment methods
Credit cards
The following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All transactions on this website are securely processed using DIBS, which checks the card's validity. Your card number and CVC are sent encrypted directly to the bank. We never save or handle any card number or CVC in our customer database. The order amount will be debited as soon as we have received your order.

We only deliver with Schenker

6. Delivery points
We don't deliver to distribution points.

7. Transport damage
Delivery of goods with obvious damage should be reported immediately to the operator/driver, thereafter you should immediately take contact with us. It helps a lot if you contact us quickly. Please take pictures of the damaged item and send it to us on info@norlub.com It  facilitates and support our request against and gives us a better proof position. We replace damaged goods free of charge.

8. Return of goods
When returning goods, the customer must always in advance notify Norlub AB with reason for the return.
The customer has free rigth of return for 14 days from receiving the goods, provided the product is not damaged by the customer, by tampering or mishandling. At warrantable failure or dissatisfaction with the product, free return policy always applies. To place a return, please contact Norlub AB on info@norlub.com to obtain shipping documents for the return shipment.

9. Refundment
When the customer chooses to exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price normally within 14 days after we receive the returned products in orignal packaging and in undamaged condition. Refunds are made using the same payment method as for the purchase.

10. Support
Our customer service representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8.00-15.00 
We answer questions from customers by e-mail within 48 hours (weekdays) from the receiving day. If the question can't be answered for some reason, we will provide notice within 48 hours

11. Warranty
You always have at least 1 year warranty on all our products, possibly longer warranty are stated in the product information for the product. Otherwise, the law of consumer purchase rights applies.

12. Storage of the purchase agreement
You receive the contract of sale with your order confirmation by e-mail, and also together with the delivery of your goods. Your previous orders are for security reasons, not available online.

13. General.
All products remain Norlub's property until the full payment has been received. Norlub AB only enters purchasing agreements with persons over the age of majority (18 years). For minors, a parental approval is required.
We reserve ourselves for misprints in this webshop. Norlub AB and its suppliers mentioned at this webshop are not liable for any damage, even those resulting from production stop, lost profits, computer-related problems, and the cost of repairing or replacing a product.

14. Environmental policy
We provide products for the handling of oils, lubrication greases, fuels and chemicals, we are therefore very careful that our products meet the requirements for clean and environmentally friendly handling. Furthermore, we strive towards developing our environmental standars  through constant improvements.

15. Contract language
English applies as contract language for the purchase agreements.
